Domains

"Domains" refer to separate instances or environments within the application that caters to different groups of users or organizations. Each domain has its own set of users, data, and configurations, allowing multiple organizations or departments to use the app independently while maintaining data privacy and keeping work spaces separate.

Most users will have one domain, however, it is possible to have access to multiple domains. Here is how to change domains

To change domains:

  • Locate the sidebar icon and click on it to expand the sidebar menu.

  • Scroll down to the end of the sidebar menu and click on the "User" tab

  • Click on the domain dropdown menu and select the desired domain
